My name is Zedd Ebodili, I’m from Delta state, last of a family of 4kids. Born and bred in benin city. Graduate of Civil engineering, University of

You’re a Entrepreneur, what’s your line of business?
My business has several branches. I am the CEO of The Revelation Studios. It comprises of Art, animation, video game design, architectural design, photography and cinematography.

What inspired you to start up the business?
Passion. It’s what I love to do. I believe your calling is where you find that work = play.

How were you able to raise fund for your business?
My capital for the business is not so big. All i need is my laptop and a few other peripherals.
I got the laptop while i was an undergraduate with my scholarship fund.. Every other peripheral was purchased along he way from savings.

How do you advertise your business?
My major medium of advertising is social media

How does it feel being your own boss?
It feels great

What are the challenges you’ve faced while running your business?

Time and personnel.
What I do requires a lot of time and skilled hands. Unfortunately studying Engineering and getting good grades at the coupled with other activities such as church and my personal development trainings make took up most of my time.

Also it requires a team of equally skilled hands… That is quite difficult getting.

Has it been financially rewarding?

Yes it has. Not as much as it should but I can completely cater for my needs on the income I get from it.

Where do you see your brand in 5 years?
What i do is rare in Nigeria. I’ve been in the box too long. In the next 5 years I expect to have broken out for Nigeria and the rest of the world to see. My company should be fully off the ground and I should be a considerable distance closer to my dream.
