“My name is Ishola, and I’m from Lagos State. I’m an Electrical Engineer currently working with a telecommunications company, ATC, earning ₦150,000 monthly. I’m also a husband and a father of two.
Recently, I came into ₦25 million, and honestly, I’m confused about how best to utilise the money.
One of my plans is to buy land in Mowe, Ogun State, and start building a house. However, I’m also considering whether I should invest in a business of my own or continue with my current job.
My question is: Would it be wise to channel the entire ₦25 million into buying land and building a house, or should I consider starting a business while maintaining my job?
