“Give Regina some breathing space. She has been through a lot, more than many people may realise. The video she shared on her birthday gave people a glimpse of some of the health challenges she has been dealing with. As someone who knows what she has been through, I can tell you that this is not a time to judge, or add to her burdens. It is a time to show compassion and allow her heal.

Regardless of the difficulties we have faced, her well-being has always mattered to me. I am particularly concerned about the circulation of false and disturbing reports about her, including fabricated death announcements, and other hurtful content. Regina sees many of these posts, and they are deeply distressing. They add to the burden she is already carrying. What she needs most is love, support and the opportunity to recover.

I will not tolerate the deliberate spread of false information about Regina.”
