Please tell us about your background?
I am okachukwu success ofuru, from ibaa in emohua local government area rivers state. I reside in port Harcourt with my siblings.

You’re an Entrepreneur, what’s your line of business?
I’m a cake artist and pastry maker, CEO/founder of Success Fresh Bite.

What inspired you to start up your business?
The company I worked before inspired me to start up my business couple with the inspirational books I read such as rich dad and poor dad by Robert kiyosaki. I work with big treat, a bakery were I learnt few things concerning baking and cake making, I have the idea on art work, that is I can draw and paint very well. So wat I have to do is to channel the art into cake and pastry.

How were you able to raise fund for your business?
After my ND program I have to beg my mum for 30k which she gave me so I have to manage it and buy some few tools I needed four days age, gender my baking, I borrowed my neighbor’s big pot because I don’t have money to buy oven. I have to start from the pot until I save money to buy small oven for my self.

How do you advertise your business?

I advertised through social median Facebook and Instagram.

How does it feel being your own boss?
Is good thing to own your own business more especially rest of mind go any were u want to go and come back any time u feel like coming back.

What are the challenges you’ve faced while running your business?
Of course you know business is full of risk, I face so many challenges in my business which made me almost give up but by his grace i stood up. 1 of the challenges is lost, sometimes I have I lot of lost because snacks is sometimes that does not stay too long and if they didn’t buy it, it will spoil.Another challenge is how to raise more money for tools and machine because baking work require tools and machine.

Has it been financially rewarding?

Yes it is.

Where do you see your Business in 5 years?
I wish to exploit beyond imagination. Also wish to be among the best cake artist in the work because I like art work too much
