Lady Celebrates Her Mum Who Almost Died Of Convid In Year 2020 After Spending 3 Weeks At The Hospital Struggling For Life, She Came Out Victorious
Pretty lady named Lori George Billingsley is happy about the fact that God preserved her mum’s life, in year 2020, she almost died of Convid.
She was in the hospital for three weeks fighting for her life.
Her oxygen levels weren’t sustainable, but today she’s alive.
Sharing her testimony on LinkedIn, she wrote;
Joy! My mom celebrating Christmas Day with us in 2020 – just weeks after recovering from COVID.
This month, I feel blessed and grateful as I reflect on the gifts of the past year. I think back to late in 2020 when my mom came down with COVID. She was in the hospital for three weeks fighting for her life.
The hospital called us to come in and say goodbye to her because her oxygen levels weren’t sustainable, and she wasn’t going to make it. My husband and I were put in “hazmat”-type dressing and went in to see her. We had other family members on FaceTime, so they could also say goodbye.
God clearly had a different plan, and I’m so grateful. She came home a few weeks before Christmas and was able to celebrate with us.
Dr. Valerie Montgomery Rice at Morehouse School of Medicine played a pivotal role in getting my mom on the right path for the best treatment plan that ultimately saved her life. It’s definitely a time of reflection for all the things to be grateful for, what matters most, and the importance of family. Treasure those you love and have a happy, blessed holiday season.
