When i started Female Founders Initiative (Middle East& Africa) i had envisioned that as an African, i would take my African sisters to the top with me!

I struggled a lot during my first days with my Dubai accounting company Neeps Consulting Services LLC – i had to push twice as hard to sell our services!! That is how I started Female Founders Initiative (Middle East& Africa) , to create a business sisterhood network where we support one another, where we don’t compete but collaborate!

We have had two events here in Dubai at Female Founders Initiative (Middle East& Africa) since we started, i had the opportunity to meet amazing influential women who travelled from across Africa and ME region just to network and exchange ideas

Its been a marvel reading and witnessing success stories of how Female Founders Initiative (Middle East& Africa) has been a bridge to their next opportunity. It has opened up markets for those who have been stuck up at one point for so long.
