Nigerian Man Who Went To Study At Canada In Year 2015 Celebrates Becoming A Canadian Citizen, Shares Advise

A Nigerian man named Ife Akintunde, who’s profile on LinkedIn shows he’s based in Ontario Canada, it’s excited at the moment as he just became a Canadian citizen.

Akintunde went to study at Canada in year 2015, he shares briefly his journey of how he became a citizen, he started by saying
“I now have a mix of green🇳🇬 and red blood🇨🇦”. He went further to share advise on how one can achieve this dreams in Canada.

Sharing his story on LinkedIn, he wrote:

And it’s official, I now have a mix of green🇳🇬 and red blood🇨🇦. My immigration journey that started on Aug 28, 2015, with a study permit has officially ended.
To God alone be all the glory, indeed 2022 came in with a bang💥

To all intending/current International students/immigrants wishing you all a happy ending as well.

My simple advice for you is obey the laws of your host country and be respectful of their cultures, values and ways of doing things. You can gradually introduce or teach them yours, I’m sure they’ll be happy to learn.

Don’t try to illegally skip immigration processes or take immoral shortcuts, it will hunt you in the future.

Don’t exploit the system, rather contribute greatly to it. If everybody has been exploiting the system, nothing would be left of it.

Never be ungrateful to where you are coming from(your home country), the experiences you had there set the ground for your resilient spirit which made you dogged and resolute in your pursuit of greatness. And always pay it back in whatever way you can

Lastly, pay the price. Endure the pain so you can enjoy the gain. There’re days you’ll feel like throwing in the towel, never give up. It’s always worth it in the end.
