Laolu revealed that he used to design cups when he was younger and never imagined he will one day be paid to do it.
Nigerian-born Laolu Isaac Senbanjo, also known as Laolu NYC is a visual artist who has made a name for himself in the art world. With a special kind of pen, Laolu draws on anything and he has coined his type of art Afromysterics, meaning mystery of the African thought pattern.
Just recently, the talented artist shared a photo of the vibrant-looking cup he designed for Starbucks, an American coffee company, In his post, he stated that he never believed that he would one day be doing what he as a child played with. He added that his dad always loved drinking instant coffee and now he is making him proud by designing the cup in which he drinks coffee from.
Basically, Laolu is a hallmark of how far dedication, passion and hard work will take anyone. Laolu has also had his work on some ace celebrities in the world including Serena Williams and Beyonce, who featured his artwork in one of her production.
