Man Shares How He Helped His Sister To Secure A Job After She Graduated 6 Months Ago & Was Frustrated For Not Being Able To Find A Job
A young man named Mahdi Kafi has shared how he helped his sister secure a job. The young lady who graduated 6 months ago became frustrated as all the companies wanted someone experienced at the job.

I found my sister crying on her bed.
She had graduated more than 6 months ago, and wasn’t able to secure a job she was truly satisfied with.
As a result, she was doubting herself, her skills and her capabilities.
She was frustrated she spent 4+ years in University…for nothing?
“It seems no one wants to hire New Grads with no experience”, she mentioned.
I know her situation isn’t isolated. Hundreds of new grads struggle to find an opportunity, especially in this market.
When I talked to her, I realized the main challenge she was facing was the fear of applying to jobs she knew she didn’t qualify for, according to job descriptions.
But when I asked her to show some of the jobs she was interested in, I realized she still qualifies for 40-50% of all bullet points we were reading.
So here’s what we did together:
- We made a list of jobs she was interested in, where she had more than 40% of job requirements.
- We revamped her resume and tailored it to each and single one of them. It took hours.
- And despite fear, we did apply, and connected with a few professionals working at these companies.
The result?
Two interviews in the same week, from companies she was truly interested in.
So many people pass on great opportunities because they don’t dare to apply, or dare to put in the work to stand out with no guarantee of success.
But remember, you only need one Yes, to change the course of your career. So why not go all in?
