A young man named
Edson Chipalo has announced that he would be moving to Chicago where he will work as an assistant professor starting August 1st.

He went further to share how he lived in the village at Zambia but has revolved over the years as he has visited several countries, he plans to visit more.

In less than 4 weeks, I am moving to Chicago where I will be working as assistant professor starting August 1st. It feels like I am back again in New York City. I just hope that this will be my permanent home for few years to come.

For the past 3 decades I have lived on this planet, I have traveled far and wide, and lived in many places.

I have lived in the villages that includes Chitulika, Casanova, and Muyano village in Mpika, as well as Katoba and chitentabunga village in manyika area in Chongwe, Zambia 🇿🇲.
I have lived in the ghettos of Lusaka city (Mandevu, marapodi, Chipata, Lilanda, kwa George, mwa Misisi and Kamwala) in Zambia 🇿🇲
I have lived in Hermanus, Western Cape, South Africa 🇿🇦

I have lived in London, England, UK 🇬🇧
I have lived in Aberdeen City, Scotland, UK 🇬🇧.
I have lived Chatham, New York, USA 🇺🇸
I have lived in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA 🇺🇸.
I have lived in Albany, New York, USA 🇺🇸
I have lived in New York City, NY USA 🇺🇸
I have lived in Ketchikan, Alaska, USA 🇺🇸
I have lived in Tuscaloosa, Alabama USA 🇺🇸
I am now living in Birmingham, Alabama, USA 🇺🇸
And I will be living in Chicago, Illinois, USA 🇺🇸.

More so, I await to live in that future eternal city called New Jerusalem — built by Jesus where there will be no death, sorrow or pain. A city where there will be no need for sunshine for Jesus himself will be the light of that city.
