Lady Gets Dream Job As She Resumes Work At Microsoft, Says Is A Great Way To Start The New Year

An excited lady named Beryl Nekesa who has always desired to work in Microsoft because it has been her dream job, is finally living her reality.

Getting hired as a software Engineer at Microsoft, she says: ” What a great way to start the new year”.

She went on to thank the people who paved the way for her to achieve dreams.

Sharing on LinkedIn, she wrote:

Today is my first day as a software Engineer at Microsoft ADC. This has always been my dream company since way back and it is really exciting to see this become my reality.

It was not easy preparing and studying but again, determination eventually paid off.

Today’s success is not a one-woman show, rather it is a community’s success and there are a lot of people who played a very huge role in this achievement.

A huge shout out to Microsoft Leap Apprenticeship Program for helping me accelerate my coding and problem-solving skills. I would like to specifically thank my mentor, teacher, and friend Anna-Marie Silvester – who made sure that my untapped potential was explored and guided me gracefully, Caroline Njenga who always gave me reassurance and encouragement.
