Excited Lady Celebrates 5 Promotions In 8 Years, Recounts The Number Of Times She Faced Rejections In Life

A determined lady named Lissa Appiah, who has faced countless rejections in life it’s in a celebratory mood at the moment as she counts her blessings after being promoted 5 times in 8 years.

Sharing her testimony on LinkedIn, she took time to analyse the number of times she has faced rejections in life.

She wrote;

“I was rejected for 4 scholarships before I landed the scholarship that allowed me to pursue a Master’s degree.

I was rejected from 10+ internships before I landed one that enabled me to begin my career.

I was rejected for 20+ opportunities before I landed my first promotion – now I’ve been promoted 5 times in 8 years.

The rejection has always redirected me to better opportunities.

Lesson: Don’t let NO stop you from pursuing your dreams.
