“Continuous Learning Is The Minimum Requirement For Success”- Says Lady Who Just Completed Her Masters

A lady named Olusola Adeyinka who recently completed her masters in Information Systems and Business Analysis from Aston Business School has shared a motivational post giving reasons why continuous education is very vital.

Sharing on her Linked platform, she wrote:

“Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field – Brian Tracy”. At one point in our career journey, we need to paint the picture of our future (our dream) from where we are now and identify the gaps. These gaps are the learnings we need to accelerate us to that future. My desire is to see organizations transform using technology and being the driver of that change.

I did mine in 2021 by making a decision to go back to school for my post-graduate study at Aston University, UK . This was something I thought will be easy (I mean combining it with family in a new geography) but I was wrong. There were numerous nights of wanting to give up but remembering my ambition fuels me.

If there is one word of describe my learning experience it is TENACITY . Looking back, I am happy I went through it before I came out with skills I never imagined – using simulations for decision making, solving business problems and project management. My story will not be complete without me acknowledging the sacrifice by my family and the enormous support of my colleagues at NTT UK Ltd on my dissertation – Gareth Cummings, Andy Westbrook, Amy Lourey, Darren Helwick, Megan Marais and Kim Dinham-Peren.

Yesterday 5th April 2022, I had the honor of graduating with a Master of Science in Information Systems and Business Analysis from Aston Business School.
