Cancer Survivor, Whose Mum Also Died Of Cervical Cancer, Now Render Services To Cancer Patients

Meet – Shamim Nabuuma Kaliisa, inspirational Cancer Survivor and Medical Entrepreneur from Uganda.

Her first encounter with cancer came as early as age 13 when her mother took ill and eventually passed away from cervical cancer. Little did she know that some years down the line, she would also be diagnosed with cancer.

These personal experiences inspired her to seek ways to extend medical services to those who need them but are not able to afford or access them.

Shamim Kaliisa is the founder and CEO of Chil Artificial Intelligence Lab, the biggest Artificial Intelligence powered E-Hospital that serves more than 850,000 women annually.
