Why My Post Are Basically Inspirational & Not Controversial – By Elora Akpotosevbe
I have been blogging for 5 years now and I’ve observed over the years that controversial post sell mostly, or better still bad news, death news and broken marriages news. If you feature post on any of the topic I just mentioned, you will gain loads of traffic.
Nevertheless I had to diversify and literally stopped those kind of post because they were two occasions I was contacted to take down a post i had made in the past.
I had to have a rethink, most importantly, if your news it’s not directly from the source, I mean the person you’re writing about must be contacted first to enquire if the news making the rounds it’s true before posting, if not, you’re just tarnishing the image of an innocent individual.
After I made a post i saw on another platform about a pastor, it was the Church member that sent me a message, threatening to take me to court. I learnt something new that day. It was wrong for me to make a post about the man God of without contacting him first.
I think I am having a more enjoyable and peaceful blogging ever since I focused on inspirational post, it could be a struggling young man who finally succeeded in life or a student from a poor background who gained scholarship abroad and mostly business men who indulge in philanthropic work.
This is what my blog post are about now. No more controversies, and I must say I ve got peace of mind.😁😁
