She Was Interviewed By A Firm And Was Told She Wasn’t Fit, She Now Has Her Own Firm & 9 Years After, That Same Firm Has Contacted Her Multiple Times For Jobs

A determined lady named Natalee Drummond-Fairley has shared her encounter with a firm she went to for an interview and was told she wasn’t fit for the job.

9 years after, Natalee who now has her own firm, has been contacted multiple times by the same firm who thought she wasn’t fit for the job.

Natalee uses her situation to encourage someone out there saying “Man’s rejection is God’s protection. Every time in my life that I did not get something I really wanted, it was because something better was on the horizon”.

Read her post as shared on LinkedIn below;

Man’s rejection is God’s protection. Every time in my life that I did not get something I really wanted, it was because something better was on the horizon. Every time.

While deciding whether to open my firm, I remember interviewing with another firm. I was told I wasn’t the right fit. Fast forward 9 years and that firm has contacted me multiple times wanting me to join them or work with them.

Today I’m better off financially and have a better quality of life than I would have, had I not been rejected.

We can only see these things in hindsight but remember your destiny is not tied to anything or person who rejects you. Trust that rejection is God’s way of saying better things are ahead.
