Prayers Rain As Funke Akindele Donates Over N2M To Celestial Churches For Juvenile Harvest
Actress Funke Akindele has received an outpouring of prayers after she disclosed she would be donating over N2m to Celestial Churches in Nigeria in celebration of the churches’ month of children’s harvest.
Announcing her intention on her Instagram account on Sunday, June 2, Funke asserted that she wanted to donate one hundred thousand naira to each of the 20 Celestial Churches.
She wrote: “Celestial Church!!
“It’s Juvenile Harvest 2024!! Drop a Celestial church account detail we can credit with 100k each for the children. We will credit 20 celestial churches. May the good lord abide with our children!! Happy juvenile harvest season!!!.”
“Happy Juvenile Harvest to our children!! We will like to give 100,000 Naira to 20 Celestial Churches for the children!! Please drop a Celestial Church account details! (ENSURE IT’S THE CHURCH ACCT DETAILS) The churches will be picked randomly. Oluwa a da awon Omo wa si o!!! Hallelujah!!”
Her announcement was met with an overwhelming response, with many commending her for her quiet and consistent acts of generosity.
