Nigerian lady named Chyoma Ugwudy shares how the UK has been good to her in just a space of five years, says she never achieved that feat in three decades in Nigeria.

In her words:

The Uk has been good to me and I have just been here for less than 5 years.

Today, I have been at an all expense paid training organised by Innovate UK, not only have they paid, they are lodging me in a 5 star hotel for the duration of the training. This is all expenses paid! Sponsored by the UK government.

The investment this country has made in my life and the benefits I gained so far in less than 5 years, my over 3+ decades of my life in Naija didn’t deliver that to me

I honestly wonder 🤔 about those that keep complaining about the UK – biting the finger that fed them….
