Lady named Diseph Benson has shared how owning a car in the UK can be a big burden, considering the monthly Tax and insurance charges, she also spoke about challenges faced when your type of car has no spare parts in the UK.

Sharing on Facebook, she wrote:

“Having a car in the UK is a Big Burden 😢😢

A car is a necessity when you have kids, but it’s also a very big burden, and sometimes I wonder if the benefits outweighs all the expenses.

Not to talk of the monthly tax and insurance, depending on your car model, some cars like Vauxhall do not even have spare parts in the UK, meaning you have to either order them from Germany or France when your car becomes faulty and the expenses are always so much.

Last month a friend’s Insignia became faulty, and after ordering the part from Germany it didn’t fit, so she was asked to discard it, which will cost her money to , although she got refunded.

But the painful part was that after the car was analyzed and she calculated how much she was to spend, she thought it was not worth it, since the car was an old model, and she had to give it out as scrap 🙄🙄🙄

And the funny part was she paid £200 for the scrap company to come pick the car from the garage 😳😳, just imagine paying so much to dispose of your scrap car “.
