Kingsley Ogbuji is smart, he just completed his NYSC, but he’s not taking chances for job haunting. He started making money already, he trains young youths aswell, a big inspiration to the young generation. He speaks to Elora’s Blog in this interview.

Please tell us about your background?
I’m Kingsley Ogbuji from a family of 5, one girl and four boys. I happen to be the last born, both parents are late. I’m engineer by study (welding and fabrication engineering) I finished my nysc program on the 21dec 2017.

You are an Entrepreneur, tell me more about your business?
I’m Into cosmetology, that means production of most of our household items. Such as your Perfume,liquid soap,airfreshener,antiseptic, disinfectant,aftershave for men, bleach, toilet/tiles wash,car wash and many more.

What inspired you to start up your business?
Well i got my inspiration the day I found out that I can make more money than the salary earners.

How were you able to raise fund for your business?
Well the money didn’t just come at once it was gradual, first I was sacrificing my feeding money then in school to fund my business. Then later God gave me a contract on my production to train people which they paid after the training so from there I kept on increasing was still sacrificing my nysc allawee for the busy to grow when I was serving.

How do you advertise your business?

Well i do my advert through my friends and family and through my fliers and those that has made use of my product and my face book page.
I do my advert through my family and friends, fliers, those that has made use of my product, my Facebook page and whatsapp.

What are the challenges you’ve faced while running your business?
Well at the Initial it was customers satisfaction.which I accept their complains as a lead to a better development in my business and today am standing tall.satisfaction in terms of quality and product delivery which I have conquered but now my major challenge is giving them high quality but they are paying low all because of the environment.So environmental factor is a major challenge.

How does it feel being your own boss?
It feels so great because i have all the time to do what ever i want to do make my own decisions employ and pay in fact it is really great, one of life best experience in terms of working.

Has it been financially rewarding?
O yes it has really been financially rewarding.

Where do you see your brand in 5 years?
In 5years time I see my self taking over the cosmetology market both in production and sales.
