Man Celebrates New Role At Microsoft #Xbox As GXI Manager For Africa

A man named Temi Afólabi is delighted to announce that he has resumed a new role at the Microsoft #Xbox as GXI Manager for Africa.

Sharing the exciting news on LinkedIn, he wrote:

I am delighted to share that I have started a new role at Microsoft #Xbox as GXI Manager for Africa.

Growing up I spent hours and hours gaming with many siblings and friends.. still remember the first time i saw an Xbox and played Halo very vividly.

I never would have imagined the opportunity to work at XBOX
it’s a bit surreal.. 13 year old me can not believe this! This is such an important time for the gaming ecosystem on the continent and I am excited to collaborate with talented African developers to get all the great content here out to a global audience.
I have always been confident that young Africans can compete with the best of the world across multiple
fields and the gaming industry is the perfect sector to showcase just that.
