Lady Who Turned Down Scholarship To Study In Italy, Gets Promotion In Her Job

Pretty lady named, Patricia Too is estactic at the moment after making real tough decisions of turning down scholarship offer to study her master’s in Italy. She refused to leave her job and surprisingly got promoted.

Sharing the good news on her LinkedIn, she wrote:

If someone had told me early this year that i will willingly turn down a fully funded international scholarship to study for my Masters in Italy I would have told them to stop joking because it would have been a dream come true for me.

If someone had told me earlier this year that I will be an Assistant County Commissioner, I would have just laughed and brushed it off. Today I tell you all the above happened, I was in a dilemma, scholarship or job.

I’m proud of the choice I made, service to my country people, no regrets I am very grateful to God for My new journey. I am upto the task. Your Village Girl is now an Assistant County Commissioner.
