Lady Who Served In Nestle Nigeria Becomes A Manager, Gets Married Same Month

Pretty lady named Precious Udo has shared an amazing transformational story why celebrating her new status, she was promoted as a manager and coincidentally she got married the same month of July. Celebrating her new status, she wrote:

Today, two months ago, 14-July-2021
I officially became a Manager in Nestle Nigeria Plc.

20-July-2021 & 21-July-2021
I became a Mrs and married the love of my life.

02-August-2021
I assumed my new role as Sales Development Manager. My heart is full and my joy complete and I am completely grateful to God Almighty for these multiple blessings & testimonies.

My story and journey in Nestle is nothing short of God’s grace. I joined Nestle in 2017 as a National Youth Service Corps Member, serving in the Finance function of Nestle Waters as a Sales Control Assistant. I am grateful to my then bosses Temitope Mafe, FCCA Olusegun Folarin who did not give up on me, but with patience taught me and instilled discipline in me. @temitopemafe always ensured I paid attention to details however long it took me.

NYSC is over and I’m retained but now in the Marketing function of Nestle Nigeria Waters as a Contract Staff for 2 years. This is where I get my pruning under the tutelage of Gloria Nwabuike, FNIMN, MCIM who did not relent and continually put me on my toes to be a professional in Marketing.

Today her every now-and-then coaching, directing me to my drawing board to seeing the bigger picture, and the countless opportunities she gave me to showcase my skills, prepared me for this journey ahead.

In the heat of the COVID-19 pandemic, where jobs were lost exponentially, I got confirmed in July 2020, as a staff. Barely a year after, I am promoted to Manager for a role I didn’t apply for but came knocking on my door.

It can only be God and what God cannot do does not exist. Join me in celebrating grace.

July will remain a remarkable month in my life.
