“I Was Broke” Liquorose Gives Reasons Why She Participated In BBNaija

BBNaija’s Liquorose has said they many people didn’t understand that she was struggling financially before participating in the show.

The former Shine Ya Eyes housemate made the revelation during an exclusive chat with Legit.ng’s Abisola Alawode On being a tomboy, the reality star explained that it all boils down to her having a versatile personality.

Former Big Brother Naija was(BBNaija) housemate, Roseline Afije, popularly known as Liquorose, has opened up about what inspired her to participate in the sixth season of the highly coveted reality show.

Liquorose didn’t mince words as she made it clear that seeking financial stability was a major deciding factor for her.

The young lady who is a popular dancer with over 700k followers before the house explained that many people only saw the huge online following but had no idea that she was struggling financially.

“I had financial issues. I needed financial stability in my life. People don’t see that, people don’t know that. They just see that ‘oh‘ she has over 700k followers, what’s she going to look for in the Big Brother Naija house?”

Liquorose equally mentioned that she needed financial stability for peace of mind as she has spent a huge chunk of her life struggling and trying to make ends meet.

In a different portion of the interview, the reality star noted that she is indeed a tomboy. Liquorose, however, explained that she is also one with a versatile personality as she can be equally feminine in her ways.
