You Can’t Work With Me In My Music Video if You Sm%ke or Appear N@ked — Singer Spyro Shares His Strict Christian Standards for Music Collaborations

Singer Spyro has opened up about the principles that guide his music career, saying he has strict standards for the people he works with and the kind of content he associates with.

Speaking during a recent interview with TVC, the singer said, “You can’t be in a video with me and you’re sm%king. That can’t happen. You can’t be in a video with me and you’re n@ked. That won’t happen. I have rules and regulations to working with people.”

He added that he also refuses to feature on songs with inappropriate content, saying, “I can’t be on a song that is not clean, to start with.”

Spyro also recalled working with singer Shoday on their song Sweet, revealing that he reached out to him over the way the track was being promoted.

According to him, “When I did Sweet with Shoday, Shoday was promoting it in some funny kind of way, and I called him. I said, ‘Shoday, give your life to Christ.’ And he said I should continue my own while he faces his.”

The singer said he remains hopeful that everyone will eventually embrace Christ, adding, “Even if he’s not with Christ, he’s coming to Christ. Until every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. That’s why I’m in this industry. It’s a gradual process.”
