Why Should Humanity Suffer And Face De@th For A Sin Committed By Adam And Eve? — Charly Boy Reveals What He Intends To Ask God
Veteran entertainer Charly Boy has questioned the biblical account of Adam and Eve, raising concerns about why God placed the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden and punished humanity after their disobedience.
Charly Boy said he had read the Bible from cover to cover since childhood, first as an altar boy and later while considering becoming a priest. He revealed that he spent about six months in a seminary before changing his mind.
Reflecting on the creation story, he questioned why Adam and Eve were f%rbidden from eating the fruit before they understood the difference between good and evil.
“Why did you tell them not to eat from the tree before they even knew what good and evil was?” he asked, wondering how they were expected to understand the consequences of disobedience without that knowledge.
He compared the situation to placing something dangerous in the middle of a room and warning children not to touch it, questioning why God would create such a situation in the first place.
Charly Boy also questioned why the serpent was allowed into the Garden of Eden if it was meant to be paradise, particularly as the Bible describes the serpent as crafty and cunning.
“Why punish them for being deceived by the serpent?” he asked, further questioning why generations of humans should inherit suffering and de@th because of an event they did not witness or participate in.
He also pointed out that the serpent’s claim that eating the fruit would make Adam and Eve know good and evil appeared to match what happened in the biblical account.
“Why does it seem like the serpent was the one who actually told the truth?” he asked.
Concluding his reflections, Charly Boy questioned why God would allow humanity to endure suffering on such a scale, describing his final question as perhaps the biggest of them all: “Why make human suffering a thing?”
