Ebhomiele who was celebrated at the university’s 2019 convocation ceremony, received a special handshake from the vice-chancellor for hard work couple with a strong determination to success more often than not, pays off and this beautiful and intelligent lady identified as Mary Ofure Ebhomiele, has joined the many other intelligent Nigerians to prove this to be true.
The graduate of Computer Science recently emerged as the best graduating student from the university of Ibadan, with an impressive CGPA of 7.0, reportedly the highest.
This was announced by the Vice-Chancellor, University of Ibadan, Prof. Abel Idowu Olayinka, FAS at the first day of the 2019 Convocation ceremonies holding at the International Conference Centre.
Ebhomielen, who congratulated her fellow graduates, noted that they were being celebrated because they had burnt the midnight candles. She noted that success did not come easy, adding that apart from making a good grade in the university, one still needed to prove oneself in the outside world.
Ebhomielen called on those who did not make upper division to go out there and prove their worth.
