UK-Based Nigerian Man Publicly Calls Out The Chief Executive Officer Of Moniepoint, Tosin Eniolorunda

‘I’m making this video especially for the CEO of MoniePoint. Sir, I saw the video where you said that you’re finding it very hard to recruit Nigerians because they don’t meet global standards and you’re trying to compete globally.

That’s very fine sir. I can imagine where you’re coming from. I just have a few questions sir.

I’m currently in the UK and I would like to assume that the UK is one of your yardsticks to say you want to compete globally. My own question is that at the moment in the UK, they currently pay about £13 an hour. That’s roughly N20,000 per hour.
I don’t know sir. I just want to ask if you’re paying on that scale which means if you are, you should be paying about N160,000 per day for a 9-5 job which roughly amounts to about N3.2 million per month.

So if you’re paying within at least N2 million to N2.5 million, let’s say you cannot do the exact N3 million or N3.2 million.
If you’re doing like N2.5 million or N2 million, let me know because I mean if I can get that kind of job, I don’t mind relocating or I can even tell some of my friends that there’s a job where he’s paying N2 million or N2.5 million or N3 million per month in Nigeria. So sir, just let us know please. You’re paying N300,000 but you want oh sorry… I should keep quiet….”
