Serenity Royale Hospital Denies Releasing Regina Daniels Leaked Medical Report, Issues A Disclaimer
Serenity Royale Hospital, Abuja, has broken its silence following the leak of a medical report regarding its client, Regina Daniels.
On Thursday the actress‘ medical report had leaked, and was shared online, showing that she has been battling severe substance abuse involving cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, and other hard drugs.
The report, covered her detoxification programme, indicating that she tested positive for multiple psychoactive substances, including marijuana, cocaine, morphine, opiates, and high levels of alcohol.
On their official Instagram page, the management of the mental health and rehab facility denied releasing the detox report of Regina Daniels to the media.
The management made it known that the circulation of the report didn’t emanate from them and urged the public to disregard the same.
The facility added that it remains committed to high-standard medical practice, with a strong commitment to ensuring medical confidentiality.
