Regina Daniels Is Wheelchair Bound Because Of The Effects Of Substance Use On Her Muscles – Dr. Kemi Olunloyo Alleges

Controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo has raised concerns over Nollywood actress Regina Daniels after a video showing her in a wheelchair, with slurred speech and unusual movements, surfaced online on her 25th birthday on October 10, 2026.

In a statement, Olunloyo claimed she had previously raised concerns about the actress’ alleged substance use but was criticised by Nigerians who dismissed her warnings.

She alleged that a dr¥g report shown to her listed 11 substances, including ketamine. According to Olunloyo, the substance use had affected Regina’s muscles, leaving her unable to walk and requiring a lengthy rehabilitation process. However, these claims have not been independently verified.

The journalist further stated that a female dr¥g dealer had been arrested and accused her of mixing ket@mine with Fanta before administering it to Regina. Olunloyo also questioned the actress’ age, claiming she had been presented as older when she was introduced to her husband, Ned Nwoko, and insisting that Regina turned 25 on Saturday.

Reacting to the birthday messages flooding the actress’ social media pages, Olunloyo asked, “Is this how a 25-year-old supposed to spend their iconic birthday?” She also criticised Nigerians for dismissing her earlier warnings while speculating that Regina might be suffering from an autoimmune disease.

Describing herself as a retired journalist and health professional, Olunloyo said she could not publicly release the alleged dr¥g report because of privacy concerns.

Despite her claims, she wished Regina well, saying she could only pray for the actress and expressing hope for her recovery.
