Pastor Jerry Eze Describes The Period As Emotionally Difficult, After EFCC Clears Him Of Probe

Popular cleric Jerry Eze has reacted publicly after being cleared by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over a past investigation.

The development was earlier disclosed by EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, who confirmed that the cleric was investigated but no incriminating evidence was found.

In a video response, Eze described the period as emotionally difficult, saying he struggled to understand why he was under investigation despite maintaining his innocence.

He said he sought counsel from fellow ministers, including Poju Oyemade and Sarah Omakwu, while remaining steadfast in prayer.

Eze expressed gratitude following his clearance, noting that the experience ultimately strengthened his faith.
