This is Nigerian born Mohammed Mustafa Cengiz, who graduated as the overall best student in a Russian medical school with a perfect CGPA of 5.0.

Dr Mustafa who had his high school education in Kano, Kano state, Nigeria, was given a National award by the Minister for Health in Russia.
