Nigerian Man Who Had Several Visas Denial Shares Throwback Photo After He Secured Canadian Visa, Says Canada Is Heaven

Nigerian man named The Canada Boy on Facebook has recounted how he was denied Visa to America, UK, Canada and how he finally succeeded.

Sharing on Facebook, he wrote:

“Nobody should tell me that Africa is tough and has too much hardship; there was no time when Africa was good. When I was small, my grandfather used to say that Nigeria has been spoiled, and this was in the 80s and early 90s.

You think Africa is bad now, wait another five years and compare; you will be shocked that the hardship you see now will triple. This brings me to the point I want to make: there was no time when Africa, in general, was good.

This is a throwback from CANADA BOY, to tell you that I equally experienced hardship in Nigeria before I left the country. I tried to escape many times, but my visa applications were repeatedly denied.

I first tried the US, but was denied; I tried a second time and was denied. I then applied to Canada, but was denied; I decided to try the UK, but was denied twice. I never gave up; after coming back to the drawing board, I had wasted three passports and was on my fourth, which was due to expire in six months. I then tried Canada again, and that was when I was successful.

All those years, I spent my own money; no uncle, aunt, or anyone else supported me. Even my uncle in the US, was only interested in giving us peanut once in a year, he was never interested in bring anyone to the US. I was resilient, quiet, non-smoking, and non-drinking; I avoided parties and moved solo to avoid friends who didn’t share my vision.

I am not even pretending to say that Canada is ‘heaven’, but o boy, this place is ‘heaven’ compare to Africa where I came out from.
