Seye’s mom gave the push he needed to succeed as she urged him to apply to the top American school.
A Nigerian man with the name Seye Oduyale has achieved great success as he graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
His journey did not come on a silver platter as he had to send out a total number of eight school applications before he got admission.
In a Twitter post Wednesday, May 20, the young Nigerian spoke about how his mom encouraged him to achieve his dream.
During his application process, Seye quoted his mom as saying: “Send one to Johns Hopkins. You never know what God is capable of.”
He also hinted at spending $300,000 (N116,409,000) to fund his education. Seye thanked his mom and everybody who have made sacrifices for him along the way.
