My Husband Still Slept With Side Chick After Fidelity Oath — Canada-Based Woman Reveals
A Canada-based Nigerian woman, Mrs Ezinne Nwanorue, has alleged that her husband, Franklin Nwanorue, slept with another woman outside their marriage despite taking a fidelity oath on social media.
Mrs Nwanorue made this known on Thursday via her Facebook page, Ezinne Frank Nwanorue.
She alleged that she had suffered at the hands of her husband despite the fact that he funded her relocation abroad.
The couple attracted reactions on social media on Tuesday after posting videos of themselves taking oaths not to engage in extramarital affairs and invoking death as the penalty if either of them did so.
Mr Nwanorue said he should die if he came to Canada and cheated on his wife, pledging that he would remain faithful to their marriage vows.
He said his wife was directed by God to make the declaration, and he agreed because he wanted the best for his wife and children.
“I confess and I promise that if I come to Canada and cheat on you, let me die in the name of Jesus,” the husband said in a video.
The wife reciprocated by posting a video in which she pledged to remain faithful to her husband.
“This is me confessing to my husband, Franklin Chimaobim Nwanorue, that I will remain sexually faithful to him, and if I become unfaithful, let me die, in the name of Jesus,” she said.
However, on Thursday, Mrs Nwanorue shared a woman’s comment alleging her husband’s infidelity.
“This is a comment from my husband’s side chick in Nigeria. She confessed that even after my husband made his confession, he still slept with one of his side chicks. I have suffered a lot at his hands.
“My husband sponsored my relocation abroad, and what I owe him is to help him obtain a visa, and God will do it for me. But my husband will not live to enjoy Canada if he cheats on me.
“He has sworn an oath to be sexually faithful after he comes to Canada. I believe in God and I trust His judgment. My husband must surely die if he cheats on me,” she wrote.
