Please tell us more about the services your company provides?
Foodkix is a #Foodtech company that helps restaurants make sales, help customers get food without stress and of course create job opportunities for the youths.
Food delivery business is quite sensitive, how can people build their trust in your company, how do you intend to achieve this?
Food delivery is very sensitive truly but we do not cook the food, we work with verified restaurants to ensure what our customers are getting is quality and our kixers (delivery men) are well trained to handle deliveries professionally, we communicate well and show processes at times to build customer’s trust .
While we were younger, we had dreams of being in different profession, would you say this is what you’ve always wanted to do?
Growing up my dad wanted me to be a medical doctor and my mum will want me to be a pharmacist cause she was one, so I basically wanted to be one of those, but at the university studying chemistry I knew that wasn’t for me and started nursing entrepreneurship so I’ll say yeah, all I’m doing now is what I really want for myself and not what other want.
In Nigeria talented entrepreneurs hardly get support from the government, what can you say about this?
I can’t expressly say government doesn’t support entrepreneurs but I have never gotten any support from the government so I’ll say anyone that’s serious about building anything should do it without thinking of getting help from the gov’t, if it comes, fine but don’t bank on it.
Where do you see Foodkix in 5 years?
In 5yrs Foodkix will be the biggest foodtech company owned by an African.
