
Mbet Nnsewo is a prospective young man who discovered his talent while in school. After doing diverse businesses he acquired the expertise he needed to start up his present business. He speaks with Elorasblog in this interview.
Please introduce yourself and tell us more about your background?
I’m Mbet Nnsewo from Ikot Akpa Etok in Ibesikpo Asutan LGA, Akwa ibom state, a graduate of Computer Engineering from University of Uyo with Second Class Upper Division, Class of 2009. Am a Christian.
You’re an Entrepreneur, what does your business entails?
I’m an Entrepreneur, actually I started my business in my early 20s just after my National Diploma in Computer Engineering as a phone technician after having an encounter repairs experience through dreams. To proof it right as I unfolded the dreams to my parents and siblings, a woman came with her phone and asked me to repair it for her….instantly I fixed it and it worked properly. She began to advertise my work locally in her shop.
People began to patronise me and the business began to grow….it was a successful adventure untill i gained admission into the University of Uyo 2009 which I decided to focus fully in school and partially left the business. During my NYSC with DELTA STATE SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY BURUTU, I started printing work which was first in market during SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING CONFERENCE in 2016. I left the school after my NYSC to Abuja and began my printing work. Then I moved to Graphics design and Website design and developer which is my current focus now in business.
My business is fully on ICT we provide solutions to individual problems. I have successful designs and i’ve develop more than 15 website and i hosted it.
What is the name of your business, were you trained for this business?
My business name is MbGraphics, yes I was trained by Abutech Training Academy, Abuja.


What inspired you to start up your business?
What inspired me to startup my business was the fact that i’ve done several businesses before and it was successful, having the time and income. Then I needed to add more skills to the current market demands. Then I diverted to graphics design and website design.
How were you able to raise fund to start up your business?
Fund to start up my business wasn’t an issues because I had personal computer during my school days, and after I got trained I started doing alot of jobs for people who met me on social media. Graphics design and website design works only need a system and software.
What major challenges have you encountered in your business?
The major challenges I encountered in my business first was how to get clients, how will they believe in me that I can deliver exactly what they want and how to reach people that needs my services.
What platform do use to advertise your business?
I use my facebook page and IG to advertise my busines.
You’re the boss, how does it feel working for yourself?
I’m the boss, am very okay doing my work.
Will you say it’s been financially rewarding?
Yes…is financial rewarding.
Where do you see your brand in 5 years?
Before 5 years approaches my work will go globally. I’m currently working for a client in Benin Republic.
