Studying at a Nigerian university has been described by many as a herculean task only which the fittest can survive. For this reason, students are often glad to be done with their university education without hitches.

However, a young man Ramsey Aka, was a victim of the poor educational system in the country. He studied Mass Communication at Abia state university for four years and when it was time for him to be cleared by the school to enable him go for service, he was told his admission was not recognised.

Ramsey Aka was set to go for service when he was told that his university admission was not recognised.

Aka’s interesting story was shared by one Blessing Emeka Okorogba on Facebook. In her post, she revealed that rather than the poor student getting depressed or suing for damages, he decided to reapply and start again with new intakes.

Ramsey reportedly paid his fees all over again and sat for all the exams. Eventually, it paid off as he emerged as the best graduating student in his department and is now set to serve his fatherland again through the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme

This is quite inspiring. Congratulations. students should always ensure the authenticity of their admission before accepting it.
