Lady Gets 2nd Promotion To Senior Manager At Deloitte UK, After Joining The Company A Year Ago

An hardworking Nigerian Lady named Perfecta Bassey has shared her mind blowing testimony with friends on LinkedIn as she gets two promotions barely a year after joining the company.

Perfecta started working at Deloitte UK in February 2021, she has just been promoted to a Senior Manager, her second promotion at the job.

She went further to narrate how she was 16 years old and in her first year in university
when her dad passed.

She added that, she did not forget the things he taught her. To dream, to believe, and to work.

I am very excited (actually over the moon!) to be announcing my promotion to Senior Manager at Deloitte UK.

My second promotion since joining
Deloitte UK in February 2021 as an Assistant Audit Manager
I know this is a huge feat and very testament to what they say about Deloitte the people surely make the difference.

I am very grateful that as put my mind to a career
in audit/accountancy, I found willing giants ready to believe with me, be partners in my journey, and

Consequently, continuous self actualisation.

First, KPMG Nigeria who opened the door and gave me the opportunity to take my first steps as an auditor in April 2014;
and now Deloitte UK who has been an awesome
partner in my progress, recognising my diversity, and strongly reinforcing my belief that it is all possible.
