It Is Partially Your Fault If You Are A Struggling Graduate – Influencer Ola Of Lagos

Influencer Ola of Lagos has advised graduates struggling to secure opportunities to be persistent and demonstrate seriousness when seeking employment.

Speaking on TheKKShow podcast, he explained that some of his staff members got their jobs by consistently reaching out to him through direct messages.

“To people that are graduates that are still struggling, it’s partially your fault.“

Ola of Lagos also stressed that getting an opportunity to work with a successful person does not mean instant wealth, urging people to understand that growth takes time.

“You have to understand that it’s a process. Elon Musk can be paying you $200 in a month because he has trillions of dollars or billions of dollars. Doesn’t mean he go pack everything give you.”

“You have to understand that Elon Musk is trying to go to another level too, and if you really want to go with him, you have to calm down.”

He further encouraged job seekers and employees to remain patient and trust the process.

“People should calm down. They should trust the process. Calm down. This is what I’m talking about here. Every CEO can relate, even yourself… You need to calm down.”
