I’m Still The Best Actor In Nollywood. Love Or H@te Me, You Can’t Take Away My Talent — Actor Yul Edochie Declares

Popular Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has insisted he remains the best actor in Nollywood, saying ongoing criticism over his political views and personal life has not affected his career.

Speaking on the Honest Bunch podcast, he alleged that he has been targeted due to his support for President Bola Tinubu and his decision to marry a second wife after the collapse of his marriage with Mary, the mother of his two children.

According to Yul Edochie, “Despite all the smear campaign against me, I’m still standing strong. I’m still the best actor in Nollywood.” He added that the att@cks have not diminished his relevance.

He further stated, “They att@cked me because I supported Tinubu. They att@cked me because I decided to marry another wife. But none of that can stop my shine.”

He also said, “Love me or h@te me, you cannot take away my talent,” insisting his work continues to speak for him despite public criticism.

Yul maintained, “I have paid my dues in this industry,” adding, “People know the truth. They know what I can do as an actor.”

He noted that backlash increased after he introduced his second wife but said he has no regrets, while appreciating fans who have supported him through the controversies.
