Read his post below;
If you hate poverty, then hate laziness!
There is no work that is belittling for me because I believe in dignity in labour.
When I meet vendors and I tell them, “Let’s walk through the entire land you are selling to us.” They get shocked. Many will say, “You are an ‘oga’, why go through that stress.”
The day you get too big to roll your sleeves and work is the day poverty will start knocking on your door.
I have come this far because I can do the suffering that brings the enjoyment you see me have. I can stoop low to rise high. I don’t have the luxury of ego in my business. No work is beneath me as the GMD/CEO of Gtext Global.
Those who work for me know that if they slack too much, the boss will do double of the work and do it better.
If you hate poverty, then hate laziness. I personally lead my team of brave men and women. As the Eagle, I don’t stay behind. I stay at the fore front to show the way, and I also stay behind to watch their backs.
I don’t believe in a boss who sits down and gives orders. I believe in one that gets up to do the work and show others the way.
Don’t be scared to do the dirty job, there’s dignity in labour!
