“I Miss You Everyday, Especially When Times Get Rough, You Were My Anchor, My Comfort, My Prayer Warrior, My Counselor And My Consolation”- Bianca Remembers Mum 9 Years After Her Demise

Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu is a Nigerian politician, diplomat, lawyer, businesswoman and beauty pageant titleholder. She currently serves as the Federal Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

She recently went down memory lane as her mum marked 9 years of leaving this world. Bianca expressed how much she missed her mum in a new post on Instagram. She shared briefly how her mum died and how she misses her everyday, especially when times get rough, she described her as her anchor, comfort, prayer warrior, counselor and consolation.

Sharing a photo of her late mum on Instagram, she wrote:

“Mummy-Mum…on a calm morning, on this day in 2016, I sat at the foot of your bed, watching over you, oblivious to that split second when death quietly stole you away. No sound, no resistance, no goodbye.
I miss you everyday, especially when times get rough. You were my anchor, my comfort, my prayer warrior, my counselor and my consolation.

For your love, your care, your sacrifice, May God continue to bless you… for me,for our family and for so many who were blessed with your kindness, generosity and compassion…. with unending peace and joy in His Paradise. I love you, Mummy-Mum. Continue to Rest in Peace.
