I Dumped Islam For Christianity After My Miraculous Healing From A Nine-Year Illness — Actress Halima Abubakar

Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar has opened up about why she left Islam and embraced Christianity, saying the decision came after what she described as a miraculous healing from a mysterious illness that left her bedridden for almost nine years.

The actress explained that after spending years battling the illness and surviving what she described as several near-de@th experiences, she became convinced that God had given her another chance at life. She said this inspired her to dedicate her life to serving Jesus Christ.

According to Halima, her recovery was more than just regaining her health. She described it as a spiritual transformation that led her to publicly declare her Christian faith and share her testimony with others.

“I’m a brand new person now. I have given my life to Christ. I want to serve God because He has helped me. I almost d+ed. They almost k+lled me. This is not about movies; this is about restoration and testimony. Halima Abubakar is back, big and better.

“Right now, I’m ready to serve God because He wants me to. He has delivered me, so I need to serve Him and preach His gospel to the people,” she said.

Halima also disclosed that she would soon publicly share a detailed testimony of how, according to her, God used Queen Belemzy Ministries (School of Power) to restore her health after years of battling the illness.

Her announcement has since drawn an outpouring of support from fans and colleagues, many of whom congratulated her and described her conversion as the beginning of a remarkable new chapter in her life.

With this latest revelation, the actress said she is putting years of p@in, uncertainty, and hardship behind her as she begins what she described as a new life centered on faith, healing, and restoration.
