Ghanaian Man Based In Canada Celebrates Dad Who Was A Farmer For Taking Loan To Support His Education

Ghanaian Man named Peter Bawuah based in Canada has celebrated his father on father’s day for the sacrifices he made for his career.

Peter Bawuah recounts how his dad who’s a farmer once took loan to support his education.

Peter Bawuah who has taken his parents to Canada celebrates him on Facebook for his enormous sacrifices.

He wrote:

“A letter to my dad. Happy Father’s Day to you Papa. You protected us and supported our education. For this, you will remain in my heart.

Some fathers walk away, leaving their children without love or support.

But not you, Papa. You stayed. You stood by us through it all.

Your presence, your strength, and your love have been our shelter.

The day I truly felt the depth of your love, Papa, was the day you took me to Mampong—to that woman for a loan. You took loan because of my education. You were not ashamed. You took all the shame. God bless you that.

It may have seemed small to others, but to me, it meant everything.

Not every father would go that far for their child. But you did.

Because of that sacrifice, many lives have been touched through me today.
Your quiet act of love planted seeds that are still bearing fruit.

For that, I’ll always be grateful.

You gave us something far more valuable, pure, and unwavering love. And that love has carried us through more than you know.

Today, I honour you not for what you had, but for what you gave from your heart.

I’ve saved these pictures as a legacy for the generations to come.

One day, your grandchildren will see them and feel the love you poured into us. I will pass it on to them with pride and gratitude.

May you live long and stay strong.
You’ve done well for us, Papa. More than well.

God bless you richly.”
