From The Navy To Owning A Bakery, Meet Naledi Dhlomo Owner Of Nyeleti Bakery

This is Naledi Dhlomo owner of Nyeleti Bakery , Soshanguve, GP which bakes and sells bread, scones, rolls, pizza, cakes and other baked goods.

Nakedi’s professional training began in the Defence force (Navy) and her journey towards owning a bakery wasn’t easy at all , after leaving the navy, she did some jobs to take care of herself and her baby but barely made enough.

She then applied for bakery course at a community center and internship at one of SA’s leading retailers. She started baking and selling as she was learning.

Her business started doing well during the lockdown so she bought more baking equipment and opened a bakery and now supplies some spaza shops and kota businesses with bread.
