Finance Coach Adeife Opens Up On Her Over ₦10 Million BBL Journey, Says The First Six Weeks Were Difficult

Media personality Adeife has opened up about her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure, warning that the first few weeks post-surgery are extremely challenging. She emphasized that results and experiences vary depending on body type.

“Don’t base your expectations on other people,” she said. “If you’re on the bigger side, your procedure will cost more; if you’re smaller, it will be cheaper.”

Adeife described the first six weeks after her surgery as particularly difficult. “Let me tell you the truth your first six weeks will be tough. Even now, my sleeping style has changed because from the first week, if you’re a back or side sleeper, you can’t sleep like that anymore. You have to sleep flat with your faja on. The compression is intense, and the massages are hellish,” she explained.

She also stressed the importance of having a strong support system. For her, that support came from her boyfriend, who had to be present throughout her recovery.

Discussing costs, Adeife revealed that she used a good hospital, which she praised for having a female doctor that she could relate with. “My surgery alone was about 8 million naira, and you still have to factor in hotel bookings and your faja. Overall, anyone planning this should budget around 10–14 million naira,” she said.

Adeife’s candid account serves as a reminder that cosmetic procedures require not only financial preparation but also patience and support during recovery.
