Some girls see a guy driving a G-Wagon and think he’s their asset, esteeming him over a guy in Alaba that has 20 shops but is driving a Toyota.

Unknown to them, this Alaba guy has numerous real estate asset, but the guy driving G-Wagon cannot successfully fill his fuel tank.

People must learn how to separate assets from liabilities. From the people you associate with and your businesses partners, make sure you invest your time into asset generating projects.

Even though crypto is beneficial, I personally have no knowledge of it than bad news of it collapsing… so those that thought me the game of entrepreneurship, their first rule is to focus on what you understand.
