They might have been struggling with their finances as their parents didn’t have stable jobs, but four kids made sure to give back and build their parents a mansion, now that they are successful in life.

Their story inspired a lot of people on PESO SENSE, a popular financial literacy Facebook page in the Philippines. The eldest of these kids shared their story to inspire others – and many were definitely inspired!

❤️❤️ My dad is a tricycle driver (also just tricycle, no tricycle). My mom is a tailor. What they earn in a day is not a fix, depending on the work and patience, the only money left. It was very difficult, my brother and I became working students and we were all forced to become scholars.

With God’s help and mercy, we were able to complete the four. I am an Electrical Engineer, the second is a Civil Engineer, the third is a Math teacher and the youngest is a Mechanical Engineer. With the help of prayer, perseverance and diligence, we also passed the board exam.”

Successful Children now professionals
And while they grew up poor and had to convert the living room as a bedroom at night, these children understood the sacrifices their parents made for them. They studied hard, became working students, and would gift their parents with a mansion now that they are all successful in life!
