24-Year-Old Lady Becomes The ‘Very First’ Medical Doctor In Her Family

A young Nigerian lady has taken to her social media page to celebrate herself after she finally became a Medical Doctor, seven years after she left her parents’ house as a ”naive teenager”.

The proud young Doctor shared beautiful photos of herself and accompanied her post with a caption that read ;

I left home at 17 and my journey began. Naive and sheltered for most of my life, I faced unbelievable challenges and many times I broke down. But I persevered. And today, at 24, I have TWO degrees. I’m a DOCTOR OF MEDICINE. The very first in my family. I’m a starrrrrrrrrrr
